Made to order
Every piece is stitched for you after you order. Once it’s ready we hand it to a trusted courier partner, and you’ll get the courier name and a tracking link by email and on your order page.
Delivery Timeline
After stitching, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3–4 business days. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery charges
We deliver within India only. Any delivery charge — and express delivery, when offered — is shown at checkout before you pay. We check that we can deliver to your pincode before you pay.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges, not refunds: for a damaged or wrong item (with an open-box video), or a size exchange on ready-made pieces, requested from your order page shortly after delivery. See Exchanges & Refunds for the full policy.
Packaging
Every piece is hand-folded in acid-free tissue and placed in our signature emerald box — designed to double as long-term storage. We use no single-use plastic in our packaging.
